Season’s Greetings! ¡Feliz navidad, y un prospero neuvo año! (How’s that for PC-ness?)

In honor of the holidays we will not have a December meeting, but we are all set for the coming year. In January, Joe Schork will give us a preview of what to expect when Vista comes into view. In February, John Clark plans to give us a full rundown on the contents and uses of the utilities CD that he has available for us at every meeting. And in March, you will once again be invited to bring your answers to all of my questions.

Possible future programs include a presentation on the use of CD/DVD read/write drives, a demonstration of Microsoft Vista in action, and a presentation on Microsoft’s Digital Imaging Suite. As you know, company reps to make presentations on their products are in short supply, and we have drawn heavily on a small segment of our membership for this purpose. This translates into we need all the help we can get, both in suggesting programs and in presenting them. Volunteers will be gratefully accepted.

But for now, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! See you in the new one.
